Thanks to volunteers from the community including  Garforth Brownies who turned up to help Bloomers with planting

On a misty Sunday morning over 60 members of the community spent two hours planting 5000 bulbs around Garforth. These were planted along Wakefield Road, Aberford Road and Tesco Park. Several Bloomers joined Sarah Haslam and Ann Fletcher from Tesco to plant up an embankment as a memorial to three of their colleagues.

The bacon butties -provided by Tesco and prepared by Karen, Jean and Elaine went down very well after all the hard work.
