·      Volunteer Emergency Contacts: Name and phone number of a person to contact in case you have an accident or fall ill while volunteering. We only use this in an emergency and delete it once you stop volunteering with us

  • Donors: Names, contact details, and records of donation amounts (individuals and organisations).

Most of the information we process is provided directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You have started as a volunteer with us.
  • You have made a donation or sponsored a floral display.
  • You have contacted us via our website or social media with an enquiry.
